9 Days Special Tour
Together we will Celebrate the day of August 15 the anniversary of St. Mary of AZECH from HAH, of KEFRO and more Gaziantep, Halfeti, Urhoy (Urfa), Nemrut Dağı (Mount Nemrut), Adıyaman, Diyarbakir, throughout Tur Abdin, Hasankeyf and BatmanGaziantep – Halfeti – Urhoy (Urfa) – Adiyaman – Nemrut Dağı –Diyarbakir – Mardin –Dara –
Nusaybin – Azech – Hah – Kefro – Midyat – Mor Gaabriel –Beyaz Su – Hasankeyf – Batman
1. Day, – Europe – Gaziantep –
Arrival to Gaziantep airport from Europe. Transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight at the hotel in
Gaziantep.
2. Day, – Gaziantep – Halfeti – (Urhoy) Urfa –
After breakfast we will visit the Museum of Zeugma, and the old center of Gaziantep and get lunch. After lunch we
drive to Halfeti and we take the boat ride on the river Euphrates, and we visit the Assyrian and Roman fortresses
assurance. After that we continue to Urhoy (Urfa), Dinner Overnight at hotel in Urhoy
3. Day, – (Urhoy) Urfa – Adiyaman –
In order to enjoy the impressive scenery of the sunrise at dawn, we will drive around 02.30 clock direction Nemrut
Mountain. At the end of the survey Nemrut Mountain and Adiyaman environment we drive back to hotel for breakfast.
At 09.00 clock, we visit the Church of St. Peter of Adiyaman and meet with the bishop and his community in the
church with them at lunch. In the afternoon we take freely and relax, dinner and overnight in the hotel in Adiyaman.
4. Day, – Adiyaman – Diyarbakir (Amide) –
After breakfast we will drive to Seport for embarkation on the ferry across the river Euphrates dam and lunch while
traveling in Siverek. After lunch we will drive further to Diyarbakir and visit Armenian Church, the Chaldean
Church and meet with his father Yusuf and his family in the Syrian Orthodox Church of St. Mary in Diyarbakir.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Diyarbakir.
5. Day, – Diyarbakir (Amide) – Mardin –
After breakfast, we will visit the ancient city walls of amides and then we drive to
Mardin. We visit the ancient city of Mardin and later we drive to the monastery of Deir El Zaferan.
Dinner and overnight at the monastery.
6. Day,– Deyir El Zafaran–Dara–Nusaybin – Mor Augin – Azech
After breakfast we will visit the ancient site of Dara and will continue to Nusaybin (Nisibis) . After lunch we will visit
the ancient universities of Mor Yakub of Nisibis and continue to go to Mor Augin and meet with Deyro (father)
Joakin in Mor Augin. Then we will drive to Azech for dinner and overnight in the Church of Azech.
7. Day,– Azech – Hah – Kefro – Midyat –
Early morning Holy Mass will be held, after which we celebrate the anniversary of (St. Mary) Azret Azech with the
community, and with the youth of surrounding villages. Then we drive with young people and all the participants to
Hach around the anniversary to celebrate in the church of St. Mary of Hach. Late afternoon we will visit Kefro and
celebrate with the Adolescents in Kefro community. In the evening we will enjoy a pizza party with all the young
people and participants. Overnight at Hotel in Midyat.
8.Day.– Midyat – Mor Gabriel – Beyaz Su – Hasankeyf – Batman
After breakfast we will visit the Monastery of Mor Abrohom, Midyat City and the churches. After the visit of Mor
Gabriel monastery we will drive directly to the Beyaz Su ( White Water ) and enjoy lunch on the banks of the river.
In the late afternoon we will move for to drive to Hasankeyf, it s lying on the Tigris river to offer our faithful. We
enjoy the stunning scenery for the last time, which will eventually inundate under the Ilısu reservoir. The dinner we
will enjoy in a restaurant in Hasankeyf. Then we drive to Batman and stay in a 4-starry hotel with thermal baths &
Spa (BATO THERMAL HOTEL ) in Batman.
9.Day,– Batman – Europe –
Early morning breakfast and check out from the hotel and transfer to Batman Airport. Check-in for flights by Turkish
Airlines via Istanbul to Europe,

– Places as planned by six hotels are 4 star and a night in a monastery and a night in the church of Azech.
– Included: Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a double room, or triple.
